This sculptural masks were born from the need to translate my works on paper, the layering of color, the flow of ink, the translucency and textures to a wearable piece of art. I was interested in the use shapes that welcome the light in a different way, allowing myself to ponder my work in a multidimensional way.
JUREMA
Black unfurling tendrils, depicting the shadows, reaching and groping blindly revealing true bright colors. The bright overlapping colors show the essence of this creation.
